Amerisleep AS3 Reviews

My Amerisleep AS3 Unboxing Video (Surprise, my voice is ridiculous!) If I can (just barely) do it, you can totally tackle a bed-in-a-box by yourself. Updated 10/15/22 Amerisleep's AS5 was recently featured as the 'Best Soft Mattress in a Box' by Good Housekeeping , with the panel of reviewers noting: Pressure relief for side sleepers Taller than other boxed mattresses Good customer service    Amerisleep Mattress Reviews  We've been happy Amerisleep customers since purchasing our first AS3 mattress more than 9 years ago. Now we also have an AS2 and an AS4 (the AS3 is still our favorite). Born with chronic insomnia  (even as a baby - my family insists I was a nightmare), the struggle to improve my sleep is my life. My husband, the overly-analytical mechanical engineer, was initially skeptical of a mail-order mattress, but he was quickly won over. 2012: Wine glass test, sans wine. I was fairly confident our brand-new mattress would pass with f

Goat Cheese Dip Recipe - Great for Parties, Sandwiches, & Salads

My husband's parents recently gifted us a fancy assortment of cheese from a goat farm near their home. Soon after, a certain someone said he hates goat cheese and wanted nothing to do with it. More for me! I turned the goat cheese into dip, which I served with tortilla chips and buttery crackers. That same someone who hates goat cheese? Yeah, he pigged out on the dip. Later, when I combined the leftover dip with milk to create a flavorful dressing, the goat cheese hater enjoyed a gigantic salad covered in it. Oh, and this same person who would never, ever eat goat cheese may have also made himself a sandwich on two different occasions, substituting my goat cheese dip in place of mayonnaise both times. So, you know... You're not fooling anyone, Sexy Nerd! Anyone expecting this to taste like 'fondue au Chocolat' is going to be surprised. Avocado and Egg Salad Recipe Perfect for summer BBQs and for company. We recently served this at a dinner party (1/2 an avocado per guest) to rave reviews. Ingredients (serves 4) 1 diced avocado (2 if you want to be fancy and serve this inside the shell) 1 can of diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning 1/3 cup feta cheese Diced red onion (just a sprinkling, unless you really love the taste of raw onion!) 2 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use low fat with olive oil) 1/4 cup sour cream (I use nonfat) Generous sprinkling each of Dill , Paprika , Garlic Powder , and Oregano 20 crumbled crackers (Add right before serving)  How to Make Avocado and Egg Salad This recipe is so easy peasy, let's learn it through pictures. You're really just throwing everything together in a big bowl. We aren't the only ones around here who looove avocado. This photo shows "sliced", not "diced". Tsk, tsk! You'll want to squeeze ou

Old Amsterdam Cheese

Old Amsterdam Cheese FAQs, Recipes, & Wine Pairings - Gouda 101 for Cheese Simpletons Old Amsterdam is an aged Gouda cheese made of cow’s milk. Compared to a younger Gouda, it has a harder texture, more deepened color, and an intense, buttery flavor with the slightest sweetness. If you're a cheese simpleton like me, you might see this post and wonder What does Gouda taste like? It has a strong, rich flavor. I think the best way to describe it is that Gouda tastes fancy. (Yes, fancy!)  Have you ever made a sandwich, only to have your slice of cheddar add pointless, wasted calories because you can't taste it among all the other ingredients? This isn't a problem with a bold slice of Old Amsterdam Gouda. It also pairs well with simple ingredients, such as fruit, chocolate, and nuts, elevating a lackluster grouping of ingredients into something special. What sells it for me is the fact that Old Amsterdam Gouda can take an everyday food and dazzle it up. A g
