Amerisleep AS3 Reviews

My Amerisleep AS3 Unboxing Video (Surprise, my voice is ridiculous!) If I can (just barely) do it, you can totally tackle a bed-in-a-box by yourself. Updated 10/15/22 Amerisleep's AS5 was recently featured as the 'Best Soft Mattress in a Box' by Good Housekeeping , with the panel of reviewers noting: Pressure relief for side sleepers Taller than other boxed mattresses Good customer service    Amerisleep Mattress Reviews  We've been happy Amerisleep customers since purchasing our first AS3 mattress more than 9 years ago. Now we also have an AS2 and an AS4 (the AS3 is still our favorite). Born with chronic insomnia  (even as a baby - my family insists I was a nightmare), the struggle to improve my sleep is my life. My husband, the overly-analytical mechanical engineer, was initially skeptical of a mail-order mattress, but he was quickly won over. 2012: Wine glass test, sans wine. I was fairly confident our brand-new mattress would pass with f

Goat Cheese Dip Recipe - Great for Parties, Sandwiches, & Salads

My husband's parents recently gifted us a fancy assortment of cheese from a goat farm near their home. Soon after, a certain someone said he hates goat cheese and wanted nothing to do with it. More for me! I turned the goat cheese into dip, which I served with tortilla chips and buttery crackers. That same someone who hates goat cheese? Yeah, he pigged out on the dip. Later, when I combined the leftover dip with milk to create a flavorful dressing, the goat cheese hater enjoyed a gigantic salad covered in it. Oh, and this same person who would never, ever eat goat cheese may have also made himself a sandwich on two different occasions, substituting my goat cheese dip in place of mayonnaise both times. So, you know... You're not fooling anyone, Sexy Nerd! Anyone expecting this to taste like 'fondue au Chocolat' is going to be surprised. Wine & Wagyu Weekend (Angel Fire, NM)

You know what pairs perfectly with a buttery chardonnay, a fruity malbec, and an oaky tempranillo? The crisp, clean air of the New Mexico mountains. My favorite time of the year is only a few weeks away. It's wine festival   season! Grab a glass and join the fun at  the  Wine & Wagyu Weekend  in Angel Fire, followed by the  Taos Summer Wine Festival . All-you-can-eat gourmet food? Check. Fun activities, like cooking demos and dancing and bacon? Check. (Yes, bacon counts as an activity. Ask anyone.) Bottomless glasses of fine wines? Check. This year, the Wine & Wagyu Weekend is held August 15-18th and the Taos Summer Wine Festival is August 23-25th. They're only a week apart, so it's a great idea to plan a trip that includes both.  I highly recommend overindulging in wagyu beef sliders (and wagyu pastrami fritters and wagyu short rib street tacos and wagyu smoked brisket...), followed by a round of golf at the Angel Fire Resort and hiking through the stu
