Amerisleep AS3 Reviews

My Amerisleep AS3 Unboxing Video (Surprise, my voice is ridiculous!) If I can (just barely) do it, you can totally tackle a bed-in-a-box by yourself. Updated 10/15/22 Amerisleep's AS5 was recently featured as the 'Best Soft Mattress in a Box' by Good Housekeeping , with the panel of reviewers noting: Pressure relief for side sleepers Taller than other boxed mattresses Good customer service    Amerisleep Mattress Reviews  We've been happy Amerisleep customers since purchasing our first AS3 mattress more than 9 years ago. Now we also have an AS2 and an AS4 (the AS3 is still our favorite). Born with chronic insomnia  (even as a baby - my family insists I was a nightmare), the struggle to improve my sleep is my life. My husband, the overly-analytical mechanical engineer, was initially skeptical of a mail-order mattress, but he was quickly won over. 2012: Wine glass test, sans wine. I was fairly confident our brand-new mattress would pass with f

Ham and Cheese Crepes Recipe

I slaved over these homemade crepes all day. Just kidding! My secret ingredient? Prepackaged crepes, which taste just as good, if not better, than homemade. Ham and Cheese Crepes For something so simple, don't these look so fancy? I have a fantastic recipe for you today. But first, behold the 50 calorie giant cookie...   Giant YUM! And only 1 measly gram of fat. Can you believe it? Best of all, with the help of your toaster oven, these mega-cookies crisp up in less than ONE minute! Prepackaged crepes, where have you been all my life? Of course, you can also devour these  Frieda's French Style Crepes (or other prepackaged crepes) as they are intended, with a fruit or mascarpone filling. It couldn't be easier to fancy up a crepe.  Filling them with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows before their party on the stove or in the toaster oven gives you smores crepes. Blueberries and whipped cream (skip the toaster oven!) is also yummy. But h

Revlon Frost and Glow (Oops!)

Revlon Frost and Glow Alternate Title: I've ruined my hair. Alternate Title: Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Grouch? Darn you,  Revlon Frost and Glow ! Remember  my tweet  the other day regarding the $10 highlights deal? It turned out to be for only 2 highlights. Being the  cheap  thrifty gal I am, I decided to buy an at-home highlighting kit instead. Looking back, the truly frugal thing would have been to simply leave my hair as it was, which was perfectly fine.  Revlon Frost and Glow - My Experience For the record, I have used these kits before and have had wonderful results. The Herbal Essences highlighting kit with the lime green comb is perfect! But, that wasn't the kit that was on sale for $5. *Beware, the results you are about to see are real. Yes, I even performed the strand test! Revlon Frost and Glow: Before and After Pictures Revlon Frost and Glow BEFORE Perhaps I should have just left well enough alone. Revlon Frost and Glow AFTER What's with the weird stripe? I

Decorating with Wallpaper

Update: We are happily moved into our new home and I have narrowed down the choices on this list to  only  19. Most of our walls right now are just plain white. It's so boring! We recently (okay, SN recently) installed  our home's very first wallpaper , which looks amazing and completely changed the look of our hallway. Wouldn't this pattern be pretty on the wall behind a bed? I fell down the rabbit hole this morning, clicking a wallpaper link in my digital copy of House Beautiful and scrolling through dozens, maybe hundreds (thousands?) of pages. It was around 9 am when I started and was close to 4 pm when I finished. This was a problem for two reasons. I actually had things to do today. Lots of things. Our new house won't be ready until at least July. I'm not in the market for wallpaper. A few hours into my never-ending search, it occurred to me that it wasn't really wasting time if I shared my favorites here on my blog. Yes, I was totally
