My Amerisleep AS3 Unboxing Video (Surprise, my voice is ridiculous!) If I can (just barely) do it, you can totally tackle a bed-in-a-box by yourself. Updated 10/15/22 Amerisleep's AS5 was recently featured as the 'Best Soft Mattress in a Box' by Good Housekeeping , with the panel of reviewers noting: Pressure relief for side sleepers Taller than other boxed mattresses Good customer service Amerisleep Mattress Reviews We've been happy Amerisleep customers since purchasing our first AS3 mattress more than 9 years ago. Now we also have an AS2 and an AS4 (the AS3 is still our favorite). Born with chronic insomnia (even as a baby - my family insists I was a nightmare), the struggle to improve my sleep is my life. My husband, the overly-analytical mechanical engineer, was initially skeptical of a mail-order mattress, but he was quickly won over. 2012: Wine glass test, sans wine. I was fairly confident our brand-new mattress would pass with f
I'm looking out for you, my bloggy friends. At my last haircut, the hairdresser shared his favorite hair product of all time, REUZEL (which I'd never heard of), with me and I had enough sense to get the details to share with you. He didn't even have a bottle of it to sell me. It was a genuine, honest review.
Also, are they still called hairdressers? Is this the equivalent of calling your flight attendant a stewardess?
Stylist? Barber?

Grooming Tonic Review
You know those men who have the softest, most perfect hair and it seems so unfair because most men don't even care about their hair? (Or so they say.) I think this is their secret.
While you're here, be sure to read my funny haircut story. Geez, I'm awkward. The fact that I was brave enough to ask to take this photo at the salon is proof I love my blog readers.
Lately, I've noticed my hair has been having trouble with breakage. Maybe from the stress of living in the COVID age? Maybe just because I'm getting old and because I use cheap, at home hair dye kits from the drugstore and because I have poor habits, like twisting my hair into a tight bun? I'm hoping this product will help.
Unlike the perfumy, overpriced beauty items aimed at women, Reuzel Grooming Tonic is a simple way to keep your locks looking their best without having to mess around with a bunch of gadgets and other steps. It contains natural ingredients, such as witch hazel and nettle leaf extract.
Ah, but you hate things that make your hair oily, right? Me too. Being a grooming tonic, this is water-based, not an oil, so it won't add a greasy feeling or weigh your hair down. Reuzel Grooming Tonic:
- Protects hair from heat through the use of omega 9 fatty acids, not chemicals
- Breaks down the build up from other styling products, such as the mousse you applied yesterday
- Reduces frizz
- Leaves a healthy matte finish, rather than an oily shine
- Provides a very light hold, ideal for holding waves and curls in place and making it appear effortless
- Moisturizes dry, damaged hair
- Lubricates the scalp, which reduces dandruff and relieves itching
- Won't cause breakouts - men often apply this to their beard
- Can be applied to your hair when it's dry or wet
It sounds like a dream hair care product, right? There's a reason my hairdresser recommended it so highly. And it's not even very expensive - a big bottle is about $14 with the coupon on the Reuzel site. (Don't get it from Amazon. I read through the reviews there and it seemed like many customers received a counterfeit product. Get your beauty listings under control, Amazon.)
I tested it out in the salon and it lived up to the hype. I went to sleep with the Reuzel Grooming Tonic still in my hair, which is usually a problem with other hair products. Their scent wakes me up and they leave me feeling icky the next morning, like my hair is dirty. With this new product, I forgot it was even there. My hair still looked great though, no shampoo or styling needed.
