Let's take a brief breather from this week's blog party (bottom of this post if you hate to breathe) to announce the nominees for the Best in Show award. These bloggers linked up to some fanciful posts during the Not "Baaad" Sundays blog hop last week. Now, they get to compete for the fame and recognition that comes along with the Best in Show award!
I Heart Toys - I don't often nominate things made to sell in an Etsy shop, but these Prairie Doll Laura dolls are just too sweet to resist!
The Mustard Ceiling - Blogger Elizabeth is a fellow New Mexican! Sometimes, it seems like there are so few of us, that alone should warrant a visit to her (elegant!) blog. To top things off though, this post teaches how to make (make!) that fancy rug under the bed.
Heck Fridays - These canvas picture frames are like a scrapbook page you can share on your wall!
Little House on the Corner - Not drooling over the photo just yet? What if I told you the link goes to a recipe for a coconut caramel ice cream sundae?
A Little Birdie Told Me - I love this elegant lamp shade. And if you think you've seen that toile fabric before, think again.
Faith and Daisies - I'm going to get you to click this link in 3 words: Stacked Cheesecake Brownies (OMG! if I'd allowed myself 4 words).
Evelyn Kate Designs - Ever wish you had a calender specifically designed for blogging? Thanks to Evelyn Kate, now you do.
Teddy Bear Princess - This is a Mother's Day post that has a great idea for just about any day of the year. And 14-year old Josephine has a blog too cute to resist!
Inspiration & Realisation - As if the super-detailed pet bed directions weren't enough, this posts serves up a charming dose of doggy photos.

Jam Hands - Does the name of the blog make you smile too? Think about it and try to resist. Can't do it, can ya? When you're ready for a smile recharge, whip up some of these pretty Cherry Shortbread Cookies.
Congratulations, nominees! Now the real fun begins. See that snazzy voting box in the right sidebar? Vote for your favorite post (yes, you can vote for yourself if you'd like) and keep your fingers crossed. Next weekend, I'll create a Best in Show award for the most popular blogger! Here's a nomination button in the meantime, which you can use to help bring in votes, announce your nomination (an accomplishment in itself!) or just stick on the side of your blog to look pretty.

Option #2:Now, let's link up! I know what you're thinking. There are already a zillion blog hops out there, Lamb! What makes yours so special? I'll tell you what makes mine special. 3 things!
1. This Linky is open to all posts that you are proud of. Did you recently post about a great decorating project, craft, or recipe? That's wonderful if you did, but just fine if you didn't.
2. Do you ever find yourself trying not to duplicate posts on blog hops but aren't quite sure what you posted the previous weeks? Problem solved! The Linky from today will be back, making it easy to see what you've already posted (and giving you a 2nd chance to visit any great posts you may have missed!)
3. I'll be announcing the nominees for the Best in Show Award in a few days. That's right. In addition to linking up your best posts, you're competing with your fellow bloggers in a battle to the death*!

*Battle may not actually be to the death, depending on who participates.
Doesn't this sound like fun? Of course, I do ask that you link directly to your post and include a photo from that post, not just your blog logo. And be sure to visit and comment on at least TWO other linked posts, letting them know you found their blog through LambAround.
