Remember how excited I was when I bought my first DSLR camera, a Canon T1i? The honeymoon is over.
I know every good blogger is supposed to have a "real" camera, but honestly? Dragging that heavy DSLR camera around is a pain! And my camera, the Canon T1i, isn't even that bulky compared to some of the others. All those fancy options and features are complicated! Is point-and-shoot really that bad?
For our San Francisco vacation, I left the Canon at home and brought our old, pocket-sized Nikon. With the help of Picasa's free photo editing software, I was able to go from this:
